Consequently, in a deep and sincere desire of: integrity, decency, coherence, reciprocity, credibility, professionalism, rigor, ethic, transparency, legal liability; avoiding wasting mutually our precious time and disclosing unnecessarily our industrial secret, before presenting our project, we request legitimately from your part to present fully, updated, real and accurate data on: the coordinates of the official head office of your duly registered investment fund; your sector of predilections; the stage of development at which you invest; the territory that you serve; your reasonable delay of evaluation on a submitted project; the full criteria you apply to select a project, so we know you don't make them up randomly, in the process, just to get rid of us; the maximum amount of money you invest in a company; the provenance of the capital, so we know it's not from criminal sources; the rate that applies on the equity investment; the type of exit preferred; the minimum percentage of ownership of the company asked; the delay of recovery requested; your full investment portfolio; real pictures and full list of the members of the evaluation comitee in order to avoid any form of conflict of interest; the nature of the clauses of the shareholders' agreement; to whom, inside your organization, should we address our presentation letter, so we know you have true accountability; a confirmation of reception of the sealed and confidential documents forwarded to your email address with an official and functional domain website and, if possible, a written and signed copy of a non-disclosure agreement on all the information transmitted to your organization backed by email, so we know you're not the type to be tempted to steal people's hard work, personal sacrifice, livelihood and legacy. We will naturally conduct a follow-up until we obtain a verdict to know that you have actually taken the time to evaluate our project, so we know that you are not the type of investment fund that feels the need to lie and ghost start-ups you've promised blatantly you would follow through.

Then, we will be able to initiate: due diligence, negotiation rounds and finally sign collectively a shareholders' agreement.

Naturally, an investor with ongoing criminal activities or with a criminal record will be dismissed from the process.
